Poor Sole quality
I bought these last year and wore them for 8 weeks on and off. Initially they were great. Immediately comfortable and the upper leather is soft and breaks in very easily. The issue however is the sole of the shoe. After the 8 weeks I had already worn through the rubber under the balls of my feet and it is super thin to where you can feel the smallest stones. I went to get them resoled at a cobbler and they turned me away almost immediately once they saw how they were constructed as they are heavily glued to the upper leather and they would likely rip and be unfixable. I put the shoes aside till today and decided to pull them apart. The sole is made of rubber and cardboard with a thin bit of foam… The stitching around the boot where the upper meets the sole is fake also.
If you don’t intend on wearing these boots a lot and just need them for a nice outfit from time to time, they will last you a while, but anything more than that and this boot is definitely not for you.
For context, I had previously bought the Rodd and Gunn Dunedin boot and that has been fantastic which is why I bought these thinking they would be similar. But I could not be more wrong. Take this review for what you want and I hope they either fix the boot or discontinue it especially for the price they charge.

Stunning leather boot, great quality upper. Exactly as described. Fairly large and wide fit which is good for my chubby feet, but you might want a pair of insoles if you’re not a hobbit.

Best Military Boots
Fantastic military style boots. True to size to a T (I wear a US size 13 and it fits perfect). The boots have a slim silhouette, light feel, whilst still being rugged enough for me to wear on my motorcycle and walk around town. I highly recommend.
