Rodd & Gunn offers FREE Ground Shipping for all US Orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed.

The following Shipping Methods are available to US Customers:

Free Ground Shipping: Ships via UPS and can take up to 3-5 Business Days to deliver

Express Shipping ($15): Ships via UPS and delivers within 2-3 Business Days 

Overnight Shipping ($25): Ships via UPS and delivers within 1 Business Day

In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at customerservice@roddandgunn.com. We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company. Once Rodd & Gunn have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful, customers will be offered either a full refund or replacement.

Rest of World



We aim to dispatch all international orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.

The following shipping methods are available to International Customers:

Canada Shipping ($35): Ships via UPS and delivers within 7 Business Days.

International Shipments ($ Calculated during Checkout): Ships via UPS and delivers within 7 Business Days.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Rodd & Gunn have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that we can only deliver to a valid street address and that a signature is required for all UPS deliveries. Please allow up to 7 business days for international delivery.

If you suspect your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us customerservice@roddandgunn.com. We will use the delivery information to make a claim with the courier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund, once we have received confirmation with the courier that delivery was not successful.
