Service is No 1
On the arrival of my Jumper, I found it to be too large, I called Queenstown branch had they didn’t have the size in stock, however the found the last size in NZ at Riccarton.
I called them and they were more than happy to hold while I returned the one I had.
Absolutely excellent and obliging service. Staff in all stores I have been in are always most polite and helpful.
