Our fit pointer will help you to find the best fit and style, based on the measurement of a garment that already sits on the body correctly. All measurements taken from the outside of the garment, with the garment lying flat:

Polos

Chest circumference: With the garment flat, measure the width of the shirt from the underarm seam and double.

Waist circumference: With the garment flat, measure the width of the shirt exactly 8 inches below the lowest point of the underarm, and double.

Back length: With the garment flat, measure the length at the centre back from the base of the collar to the hem.

Sleeve length: With the garment flat, measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Bicep: With the garment flat, measure the width of the sleeve from the underarm seam and double.

I now live in Canada and was glad to see that the brand could be purchased here. Unfortunately the sizing appears to be different for this market as the polo shirts I purchased here were too small. I was told by customer service that they couldn't be exchanged if I purchased online (there is no store in Vancouver) so I had to post them back and await a refund. At this time, 10 days after sending them back, I am still awaiting a refund.

This a shame, as they're a great New Zealand brand. Taking a quick look at their consolidated financial statements, you get the sense that their expansion plans have perhaps been too bold, and too aggressive.
