Very well made, fits to size. I’m 5’11 with wider than average shoulders and It fits perfectly over a sweater. A little heavier weight than expected but I haven’t found it to be too hot - spring in Western Canada can be chilly and uneven. Thought the price was a wee bit high but immediately upon unboxing I could tell it was worth it. Totes recommend. Only minor complaint is the side slash pockets don’t have a zip or snap to keep errant objects from falling out. Yes there are zippered front and inside right zippered pockets, but a hidden snap for the sides would have made it perfect.

Excellent jacket, would recommend.
Great jacket, perfect for spring / early summer weather. For me, the sleeves could do with being slightly longer but that's a common problem I have; for most, they'll be fine. Also slightly large around the waist.
Construction is excellent and I look forward to wearing it for many years to come.

Good mid season jacket.
A good mid season jacket. Very comfortable The style has changed a bit since the last one I had. No collar anymore and only one inner pocket instead of two. I had to exchange because there was a fault in the fabric on one arm.

Outstanding experience and quality
Great experience. Very easy to do business with. Tried to get this jacket in my local dept. store but never in stock. Went online to Rodd & Gunn and I ordered the jacket and received it within a few days. Brilliant!! I found this brand a couple of years ago and all products are high quality. Really enjoying this jacket. Simple and functional with good size external pockets and one inside pocket. I am 194cm tall and I found my usual size (L) just a bit small (sleaves not long enough) so I went with XL. Fits nice and I'll be able to layer when needed.

This is a very high quality jacket, really comfortable, good material and the fit is spot on, true to size for sure. I'm 5'10" 185 and bought a large and it fits perfectly, just like this type of jacket is supposed to. The Navy colour is really nice too, a good dark navy which I at least prefer. The interior lining is nice as well and the entire jacket is soft but sturdy.

High quality, hard wearing casual jacket.
I’ve had the navy version of the Armitage jacket for several years and it has worn excellently, so I recently purchased the pebble jacket and it appears to be manufactured to the same standard, using the same sturdy cotton.

I've bought this jacket in the same size that my husband uses on the polo T's and for his purpose it fits well as he van use a sweater or sweatshirt underneath, but if you want a sport fit I would recommend to size down from your polo size.

Get one size up, runs a bit small
Stylish rustic look, size runs a bit small so had to get 2XL where other brands I can get in XL. Good for spring or autumn but probably not warm enough for winter as it’s a cotton based material.
