Australia & New Zealand
Rodd & Gunn offers FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $200, delivered within Australia and New Zealand.
All orders under $200 will incur a $10 flat rate for shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.
Please note that we can only deliver to physical street addresses and that a signature is required upon arrival for all deliveries. Customers can give authority to the courier to leave their package via the delivery instructions, however Rodd & Gunn are not liable for any orders lost after delivery.
In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company, once Rodd & Gunn have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful customers will be offered either a full refund or replacement.
Please note: Changes to TNT Delivery
Delivery by TNT will only be attempted once, if prior authority to leave the parcel is not noted within the delivery instructions when placing the order and delivery is not successful on the first attempt, you will receive notification when the parcel will be available for collection at the closest authorised pick up location.
Rest of World
Delivery charges for orders to international addresses are calculated during the checkout process.
Rodd & Gunn offer two international delivery methods, UPS and AUSPOST International Standard. Please note that we can only deliver to a valid street address and that a signature is required for all UPS deliveries. Please allow up to 7 business days for international delivery by UPS and up to 15 business days for delivery by AUSPOST International Standard. Both delivery options are fully trackable.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Rodd & Gunn have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you suspect your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us email@example.com. We will use the delivery information to make a claim with the courier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund, once we have received confirmation with the courier that delivery was not successful.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
