What is the Rodd & Gunn Returns Policy?

At Rodd & Gunn, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased online, you may return the item/s in its original condition with tags attached for a refund (less postage) or exchange within 30 days of receipt. "Personalised" items cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to hygiene standards and requirements, returns on underwear items will only be accepted provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging, and tags.

How do I return my online order?

To action your return or exchange, please ensure to complete the returns section on the enclosed packing slip. Ensure you include your packing slip as proof of purchase with your return parcel and post to the mentioned address.

When will I recieve my exchange or refund?

We will endeavour to process your return within 5 business days of Rodd & Gunn receiving the returned item/s. Please allow 5-7 business days for replacement orders within Australia and New Zealand to be shipped. All returns are assessed by Rodd & Gunn to determine whether a refund/exchange can be honored.

Return postage cost

Return postage is at the expense of the customer and is not covered by Rodd & Gunn, however should you wish to exchange your item we will send out the replacement at no further cost to you. Rodd & Gunn is not liable for any parcels lost in transit.

Store Returns & Exchanges


 

Can I return my online purchase in store?

You may return or exchange product purchased from www.roddandgunn.com at any of our retail stores (excluding Myer, David Jones and Smith & Caughey’s concessions, and Outlet stores).

Products must be in its original condition with tags attached for a refund (less postage) or exchange within 30 days of receipt. "Personalised" items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return my online order in store?

To return in store, please take a digital or printed copy of your Tax Invoice that was emailed to you when your online order was initially dispatched, as proof of purchase.

What are the refund requirements?

For refunds, you will be required to present the same credit card that was used to make the purchase online. If you are not the card holder yourself, you will need to have the card holder present when the item/s are being returned.

How do I find my local store?

Go to the Store Locator page and filter "Store Type" by "Lodge". This will show you all retail stores that are able to accept returns or exchanges, providing the above conditions are met.

Faulty or Damaged Goods


 

Rodd & Gunn will accept the return of goods delivered that are faulty within 30 days of receipt. Our quality control team inspect all deliveries from our online store to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, in the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us at online@roddandgunn.com to advise on next steps.
