Rodd & Gunn offers FREE Standard shipping for all domestic orders, delivered within Australia and New Zealand.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. Orders that include any "Personalised" products may take up to 1 day extra to be dispatched.
All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. All New Zealand orders are shipped with Courier Post. Please see below for tracking links.
Please note that delivery will only be attempted once. If this is not successful, you will receive a notification of when and where the parcel will be available for collection.
In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company, once Rodd & Gunn have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful customers will be offered either a full refund or replacement.

Please note that international orders are shipped from our Australian website.
Delivery charges for orders to international addresses are calculated during the checkout process.
Rodd & Gunn offers international shipping with AUSPOST International Standard. Please note that we can only deliver to a valid street address and that a signature is required. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery by AUSPOST International Standard. This is a fully trackable service.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Rodd & Gunn have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you suspect your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us email@example.com. We will use the delivery information to make a claim with the courier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund, once we have received confirmation with the courier that delivery was not successful.
