PINOT NOIR

Elephant Hill Winery has crafted this Classic Red Blend using Merlot, Malbec, and Syrah, creating a harmonious combination of dark red berries, earthiness, and balanced tannins. Perfect with rich roasts or pasta.
PINOT GRIS
The purest expression of North Canterbury.
Our Southern Alps Pinot Gris from Pegasus Bay captures every essence of the Alps—fresh, vibrant, and refined. With notes of white nectarine and pear, this is a perfect companion for spicy dishes or a relaxing moment on its own.
