Need to know your shirt size? Our sizing guide will help you find the best fit and style, based on the measurement of a garment that already sits on the body correctly. All measurements taken from the outside of the garment, with the garment lying flat:

Shirts

Chest circumference: With buttons fastened, measure the width of the shirt from the underarm seam and double.

Waist circumference: With buttons fastened, measure the width of the shirt exactly 8 inches below the lowest point of the underarm, and double this measurement to determine the waist size.

Back length: The length at the centre back from the base of the collar to the hem.

Sleeve length: Measure the shoulder from the seam to the end of the cuff for an accurate length of the sleeve.

Bicep: Measure the width of the sleeve from the underarm seam and double.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Matthew G from Beautiful shirt, but crazy sizing Recently placed my first order with R&G having heard great things about them. This is a beautiful, lightweight shirt but it's cut for giant people. Or at least a relatively tall guy. For reference, I'm 5'9", 155 lbs. 37" chest and 32" waist. I bought a size S and the torso of the shirt is at least 2" too long, impossible to wear untucked. I'm really getting frustrated with companies that cut their clothes to unrealistic measurements. This shirt is cut for someone with my build, but who is 3-4" taller than me. How many guys do you know who are 6'+ and have a 37" chest??
