Okay coat, bad service.
Okay coat, bad service. I was looking at the coat one day and decided not to buy it. They were having a sale the next day and the store manager did not tell me (I learned from another rep later intentionally), very sneaky. I went back the day after that sale and the size was not there due to the sale the day before, nice. I bought it anyway to be shipped. Then the black friday sales came. I stopped by the shop for an exchange even though I did not receive the coat yet, and the sales person said he would talk to the manager and get back to me and they of course never did. I went back and exchanged the L for an XL during the black friday sale and a different sales person tore open the threading sealing the pockets. I noticed later that the pocket was ripped from that stitching. I sent an email to R&G through the website asking what to do and got another no response, just nothing. So I went back to the store and exchanged it for a new one. So there were 2 contacts where they were supposed to get back to me and they never did (I checked spam and all that, just no response). They are supposed to have great customer service but some people there suck, so I guess be more careful than I was...

Perfect! And versatile
Perfect Coat not too dressy or casual, the material is soft and not itchy so I wear over a T shirt and the color goes with anything. Recommended!
