Disappointing quality
My husband has been wearing Rodd and Gunn socks for the last three years and they have lasted the whole time. At Christmas I bought him two new packs and some of them have holes in them already… The quality has definitely gone down from the old ones. Quite disappointed.

The design is classic :-) but it's a nylon blend. :-(
I still have a few old pairs of a similar design R&G socks but it was time to restock. The old stocks were woolen with just a bit of elastene for the required stretchiness. The new socks are cotton, which would be alright but it's now a nylon blend. Nylon makes my skin red and itchy so I stopped using them. Disappointingly, the only sock choice R&G offers now is how much nylon is in the blend and it varies between 10% to 30%. Possibly more, since some socks don't even say anything about containing natural fibres on the website.
