Crafted in Portugal, the Plimmerton Sneaker is a multimedia upper of tones, smooth and embossed leather. This refined, retro inspired sneaker features an old-school trainer look rubber sole unit, with a leather veneer insert featuring in the heel. The upper is made from burnished cow leather and is partially leather lined making it super soft. The Plimmerton is paired perfectly with denim, chinos or shorts.

Nice shoe but flimsy insole
I like the style and overall the shoe seems well made, HOWEVER, after wearing them for four hours my feet hurt. Why? Because the insole is very flimsy and the footbed appears to be rigid cardboard. Disappointing. A $250 shoe should have a quality insole. Had to put in a neoprene insole under the original.

Plimmerton Sneaker: Navy & Cognac
I bought the Plimmerton sneakers for my husband, and he loved them. It's a beautiful dressier sneaker. It appears well-made, and I'm told it’s quite comfortable. We did size up when ordering, as recommended, and that proved to be necessary. I also bought him one in the cognac, which is equally handsome. We would recommend the Plimmerton Sneaker.
