Rodd & Gunn offers FREE Ground Shipping for all orders within Canada. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. 

Christmas Delivery Times

We encourage you to shop early this holiday season, to ensure your delivery makes it on time.

FedEx have indicated that for delivery by December 25th, Ground Shipping orders must be placed by:

• December 15th for West Coast destinations
• December 19th for East Coast destinations

Please note, these dates are a guideline, if volume impacts shipping carriers, shipping cut off dates may change.

In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at customerservice@roddandgunn.com. We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company. Once Rodd & Gunn have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful, customers will be offered either a full refund or replacement.
