The Gordons Bay boat shoe sits atop an off white or gum coloured rigid rubber
outsole for comfort and wearability. The burnished leather uppers feature a
boat shoe design with tonal lacing and eyelet detail and are lined with leather
and canvas for a casual feel. As the upper features elasticated reinforcement
across the tongue, you can remove the laces for a sophisticated look and slip
on / slip off functionality.

Disappointing quality
I bought a pair of these boat shoes approx October 2022 and within 10 months the soles of both shoes were gone. Remember, these are a summer shoe and that 10 months included winter when they were seldom worn.
I returned them to the shop where I had purchased them and was supplied with a replacement pair immediately. The saff member who served me did tell me they "weren't designed to be worn all the time" a strange comment for a product with a 2 year warranty.
Anyway, sometimes some thing slips through the quality controls and it was dealt with efficiently.
\However, the replacement pair have only lasted 14 months which suggests the low quality is consistent. As luck would have it, I am now out of the warranty period and looking for a different brand of boat shoe.

Love the look and comfort!
I haven’t worn these much so I can’t speak to their longevity but I absolutely love the look and the comfort of these. They look great with shorts and jeans. Better than many boat shoes. I’m a size 11.5 in Nike and the 11 fits great with no socks.
