We've made the Mexican Huarache style casual as soft and comfortable as possible, making it on our proven boat shoe construction, the upper is made from soft, supple leather with laser cut detail that Is then expertly hand woven. The upper is partly leather lined, but mostly unlined to retain softness. The Gisborne features a leather covered moulded footbed and rubber outsole, and is perfectly paired with shorts or cuffed denim or chinos.

Nice shoes
These shoes look both casual and sharp. I think they should be a versatile shoe. Seem to be of good quality. They fit pretty well, although the left one slips just a bit on my heel (which I fixed with a stick on pad, and the right one tends to rub my little toe on the outside (when wearing without socks). I think they just need to be broken in a bit. Overall, I’m satisfied with these shoes.

Wrong size
Unfortunately the size of the shoes was larger than the actual size. I had ordered the same size as an other pair of similar Rodd and Gunn shoes. On returning them the store in Adelaide did not have the same style. I had to buy a more expensive pair .
