I have purchased R&g for many years. Always good quality, smart and durable.
This purchase involved a change of size and the staff at Takapuna in Shore City could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly. I am a older person but nice to see younger people and styles in the store.

Any insight and compassion would be appreciated!
Following the ordering of two pairs and returning one for the proper fitting, I was disappointed that it took approximately 2 weeks for my account to be refunded following several phone calls, multiple excuses including an additional discount that was to be provided on my first pair. I was told an email would be coming with compensation for my wait and troubles. I received no such response and was told on several occasions that an administrative error was occurring at the warehouse. Poor customer service and communication.

Would have been my new go-to shorts
I really liked these shorts, but the waist sizing is very inconsistent, so I returned all and chose another brand. A size 32 was too big, size 30 was also too big in the navy color (but not the stone color), and size 28 was incredibly small. Also, I had to deal with ordering online because of no inventory and then return to the store.
