Shrinks after washing
Purchased some time back, in size Medium. I've had consistently great experiences with the Rodd & Gunn brand, and own many sportcoats, sweaters, etc all in Medium. Unfortunately after washing (and hang drying) this shirt once, it shrunk tremendously and is no longer wearable.

Rodd & Gunn = Happily Ever After
After a recent workout I was heading to a birthday party at a fairly nice restaurant. I decided to throw on a pair of shorts, white sneakers, and my Rodd & Gunn polo shirt. I'd never owned a Rodd & Gunn polo and, in fact, had never even worn one. However, I decided to toss it on to complete the "summer preppy" look. The polo fit like it was tailored for my body...the sleeves were tight around the arms, colors were bright and there was a night slim fit around the waist. I had many compliments on the shirt and it even made me look more swole that I was already feeling...after I got home that night, my confidence was at an all-time high and my phone was full of new numbers...I've now got a date lined up with someone I met that night...and while I cannot say for sure whether the polo had anything to do with it...I certainly think it may have.
Moral of the story: Gym time + Rodd & Gunn polo + a dash of confidence = happily ever after.

New Haven Polo!
I have not purchased. Polo shirt in years because I always find the fit or quality to be an issue. This is the best polo I have ever worn for both. Looks, feels, and fits wonderfully.

Doesn’t meet expectations
Color is different than the picture. More of a magenta/purple color, not maroon. Fit was slimmer than other polos from this brand. Ended up returning the item.
