Our fit pointer will help you to find the best fit and style, based on the measurement of a garment that already sits on the body correctly. All measurements taken from the outside of the garment, with the garment lying flat:

Jeans

Rise:
The length from the fork (where the legs meet at the crotch) to the top edge, measured along the fly.

Thigh:
Measure the leg width at the fork level, and double.

Knee:
Measure the leg width halfway between the fork and the leg opening, and double.

Leg Opening:
Double the measurement of the hem, flatten creased trousers along their natural creases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tyler C from Material lighter & slightly dressier than jeans. Fits just right. Got the 34W x 34L, and the sizing is pretty accurate. I'm 6'1", 180, with somewhat athletic legs, and there's enough room in the seat and thighs that the fit is not right or restrictive, but not baggy either. It's a clean look like straight leg jeans but without being tight. The material is lighter than regular jeans too, which makes them look dressier. I could easily wear this to work on casual Fridays with a button up shirt.
