eGift Card Information

Online eGift Cards can be ordered in selected amounts between $20 and $1000. They are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an eGift Card will receive an email with a gift message and code redeemable at The Lodge Bar Queenstown, The Lodge Bar & Dining Auckland and The Lodge Bar & Dining Brisbane, excludes The Lodge Bar Myer Chadstone.

Check Balance of Existing Gift Card

To redeem an eGift Card, provide the card’s number code on the billing page of the checkout process. To check the balance of your online gift certificate, enter the number below. If you do not have a PIN number please enter '0000'.

Terms Of Use

  • You cannot purchase The Lodge Bar e-gift certificate with another gift certificate.
  • If the amount of your e-gift certificates does not cover the total bill amount at our venue, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card, debit card or cash.
  • If the amount of your e-gift certificates is for more than the total bill amount, the balance will be stored against your gift certificate, so you can use the balance on your next purchase.

  • The Lodge Bar e-gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen e-gift certificates.
  • The Lodge Bar e-gift certificates are valid for 3 years after the date of issue.
  • The Lodge Bar e-gift certificates can only be redeemed at The Lodge Bar Queenstown, The Lodge Bar & Dining Auckland and The Lodge Bar & Dining Brisbane, excludes The Lodge Bar Myer Chadstone.
