Providing a harmonious escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Auckland, The Lodge bar & Dining showcases the best of New Zealand.
Our dining menu from Executive Chef Matt Lambert, utilises the excellent local produce available in and around Auckland. The soul of our kitchen is our Spanish charcoal ‘Josper’ oven, with its intense heat adding a minerality and depth of flavour to the vegetables and proteins that pass through.
