Versatile piece.
Depending on the item from R&G I wear either Small or Medium, for this I preferred Small. The fit is a bit better than it appears in the product photos, but you can see its peculiarities. The armholes are lower than ideal, and the body length is a bit longer than a usual trucker jacket. This will not be flattering on a short gentleman, but I'm tall (185cm, 75kgs) and find it works for it me. The wool is obviously not merino smooth, but I dont find it rough against the neck. The polyester lining is disappointing, it hinders the wool of its natural breathability, and since it is dry-clean only you will want to keep on top of that polyester odour. If you already own wool suit jackets, you know what to do for general maintenance. If you don't, I don't recommend buying this. Overall I'm still happy with this jacket and I have been looking for something like this for a while. Great for looking smarter than a denim jacket but not as dressed up as a sport coat, without being a flashy statement piece.
