Check the fit!
I'm loving the blue shirt (and the other 3 I have) but the Dusty Sage of the same online order is definitely incorrectly sized and it doesn't fit me. All of my polos are original fit but the Sage doesn't measure with the others.

Good quality R&G polos
Bought a couple of these polos online and am relatively happy with them. Only problem I had was that the colours reflected on the web/on screen were a little different to the actual colours of the products. I thus ended up receiving a dark blue-grey (denim) polo, when I thought I had ordered (what looked like on the screen) a classic light grey colour. Tried swapping post-purchase for the right colour, only to find that the light grey colour comes in a sports fit only. Would be good for the original fit polos to be available in the classic light grey colour too. Otherwise, happy with products/purchase.

Disappointing Experience
I visited the Rodd & Gunn store in Riccarton Mall intending to purchase polo shirts for my husband. Unfortunately, I was not acknowledged when I entered the store, and after spending some time looking through the polos for the right size without assistance, I left without making a purchase.
I then chose to buy the polos online and placed an order for four polo shirts on 28/11/25. One polo was delivered on 8/12/25, however the remaining three did not arrive. I emailed Rodd & Gunn on 10/12/25 to ask whether the items had been shipped separately but received no response. I followed up again on 19/12/25 and still did not hear back.
On 08/01/26, I contacted customer services by phone and was informed that the email address I had been using was not monitored, although I had received no notification advising this. On 13/01/26, customer service confirmed that the remaining polos had been sent. It remains unclear why they were not delivered initially or why they were missed.
While I did receive an apology for the delayed response, there was no clear ownership taken for the error with my order. Overall, the experience was disappointing both in-store and online.
