Happy New Jumper Owner
I’ve not owned a jumper for over 40 years as I couldn’t get one that made me feel comfortable. I tried one of these jumpers at John Lewis in Glasgow and it was so comfortable I bought it. When I got home I ordered the same jumper in a different colour online. Excellent fit, excellent quality and I will buy another

Very nice product
High quality product. Very well made and attractively styled. My only complaint is sizing. I should have ordered a medium. Lately most mediums have been a little too tight and based on their sizing guides I went with a large. It is definitely too big. I wear it tucked in more like a polo and it works fine, but, is too long to wear out.

Despite checking sizing with your on-line representative prior to placing the order this product was still way too large - probably an XL would have fitted better. However also too long and too loose around the bottom for my liking - have returned and just received confirmation of the refund being processed

Perfect addition to any bloke's wardrobe.
Soft, warm, classic fit and style. Perfect to go with a pair of chinos for a relaxed work look or worn with jeans and sneakers while watching the kids playing sport on the weekend. The relaxed soft chunky cotton weave didn't cause any prickles to the skin so you can wear just a singlet underneath.

The Merrick bay knit is the perfect blend of style and function. Excellent fit and quality.
We bought it online and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the wrong garment was delivered. My email was promptly answered and a new delivery was arranged. 2 days later the new delivery arrived, also the wrong item!
Another email was promptly answered and deepest apologies given. We finally got the correct item another 2 days later with a gift voucher apology. Great customer service

Faulty goods delivered
Unfortunately, I need to return the product as it has been delivered with a couple of pulls in the front of the jumper. I followed the review advice and ordered a size up (XL) which is way too big. In my opinion the sizing is true to size as I also ordered a size L (from John Lewis) and this fits perfectly. The fit is particularly long in both body and sleeves so ideal if you are on the taller side.
