Impressed with the speedy delivery, quality, and beautiful packaging.

Nice feel but reservations about pilling generated by transportation and future appearance
Cashmere sweater feels lovely however arrived heavily pilled, providing a used appearance. My immediate reaction was to request a refund however online research suggested that piling is a normal feature of cashmere wool, though heavy pilling might also suggest an inferior quality wool. Having faith in the Rodd and Gunn brand, I removed the pils utilising a pil removal device and filled the catchment chamber twice. Future wear will determine whether my decision to retain the sweater will be regretted.

Stunning jumper as gift

Disappointed
Sadly very disappointed I was worried when the jumper came with a debobble Combe but I can’t believe how much and how quickly this has happened. I have cleared it now 3 times which is not only something I don’t expect from a £100 jumper but the problem continues and it can’t be good for the jumper general wear.
