Material lighter & slightly dressier than jeans. Fits just right.
Got the 34W x 34L, and the sizing is pretty accurate. I'm 6'1", 180, with somewhat athletic legs, and there's enough room in the seat and thighs that the fit is not right or restrictive, but not baggy either. It's a clean look like straight leg jeans but without being tight. The material is lighter than regular jeans too, which makes them look dressier. I could easily wear this to work on casual Fridays with a button up shirt.
