INGREDIENTS
30 Tablespoons White Mustard Seeds
10 Tablespoons Black Mustard Seeds
2.5 Teaspoons Salt
200g Chardonnay Vinegar
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat.
