What is the Rodd & Gunn Returns Policy?

At Rodd & Gunn, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased online, you may return the item(s) in its original condition with tags attached for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Due to hygiene standards and requirements, returns on underwear items will only be accepted provided that the item is unopened in its original packaging. All item(s) returned to us for a refund must be accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging, and tags. You may return the item(s) purchased online to our Returns Centre by post or courier.

How do I return my Online Order?

To action your return by post please complete the Returns Form, enclosed with your online order, and provide your reason for return.

What is the Return Postage Cost?

For returns within Europe, we offer complimentary returns postage for all countries excluding those listed as exclusions on our Terms page. Simply request a returns label by contacting our eLodge team via email elodge@roddandgunn.com, phone or live chat.

Please note returns outside Europe are not complimentary. The customer is responsible for any return postage charges, along with any import fees, duties or taxes. Rodd & Gunn is not responsible for any parcels lost in transit. To avoid this, we recommend the use of a trackable service. Please send to the return address above.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your item(s) have been received and have passed our inspection, you will receive an email notification advising your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All returns are assessed by Rodd & Gunn to determine whether a refund can be honored.

Faulty or Damaged Goods and Order Errors

We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. Our quality control team inspect all deliveries from our online store to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, on the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item we will ensure that we rectify this for you as quickly as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
