LOYALTY CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Upon agreeing to participate in the Rodd & Gunn Loyalty Club, an individual becomes a member of the program and is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Loyalty Tier discount applies to full priced styles only and excludes Gift Cards (eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards), and Gunn Multi buys unless otherwise stated by Rodd & Gunn.
3. For online shopping you need to sign-in to your account. For first-time online users, who joined our Loyalty Club instore, your online account has been pre-created for you. To access it, click on the Login link located in the top right-hand corner of the page and select the “Forgotten Password” link and enter the email address provided at time of sign-up, then click submit. An email will be sent to you with a link to update / reset your password for your Loyalty Club online account.

5. There is no fee to enrol in the Loyalty Club. Perks accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
6. Annual spend is calculated in local currency.
7. All qualifying spend amounts per tier is after discounts and promotions have been applied, but inclusive of VAT.
8. Gift card purchases (eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards) is not included when calculating annual spend.
9.   If you're visitng a country with a retail lodge, your loyalty member discount will be available, unless otherwise specified by Rodd & Gunn.
10.   Loyalty club members spend is reviewed on a 12-month basis.
11.   Gold & Platinum Loyalty Club members are entitled to their tier discount on top of promotions and sale product unless otherwise stated by Rodd & Gunn. Discount does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards (eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards). Discounts are applied after promotional offers have been deducted to the items/order.
12.   Rodd & Gunn may amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Rodd & Gunn will endeavour to notify all loyalty program members of any changes.
13.   By becoming a member of the Rodd & Gunn Loyalty Club you consent to the information you provide to be used for marketing purposes. Information concerning loyalty members is held in a database and is made available to all Rodd & Gunn lodges. All information collected is bound by our Privacy Policy
14.   A member can terminate their membership at any time by e-mailing us at loyalty@roddandgunn.com.
15.   A member can opt-out of email communications by selecting the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email sent.
16.  We cannot guarantee loyalty discounts will be honored by third party stockists and department stores.
