We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.

Rodd & Gunn offers FREE UPS Delivery on all orders within Europe, for countries that we ship to. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. There are selected countries that we do not currently ship to, please see a list of excluded countries here.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Rodd & Gunn have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that we can only deliver to a valid street address and that a signature may be required for UPS deliveries. On occasion, delivery may take longer than 5 days dependent on the proximity to the receiving country.

In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at elodge@roddandgunn.com. We will then launch a formal investigation with UPS. Once Rodd & Gunn have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund.
