Crushed Hat.
I E-mailed R&G tonight to give feedback. great quality hat. Great tissue paper etc. I have numerous Top siders @ $195 per pair. Many colors of the Gunn Polo. I sold hats for years in the golf business in NY and FL and fit is the most important thing to hat wearers. That said the box this hat shipped in was a flat box which crushed the hat which cannot be reshapped once you wear it. For $35. it should ship in a square box to accomodate the hat not to be crushed in transit. Thank you.
