Christmas Delivery Times

We encourage you to shop early this festive season, to ensure your delivery makes it on time. If you are ordering Christmas gifts please place your order prior to the 21st of December to ensure you receive your delivery on time.

In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at elodge@roddandgunn.com. We will then launch a formal investigation with DPD. Once Rodd & Gunn have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful, customers will be offered either a full refund or replacement.
