During COVID-19 we are constantly reviewing our processes to ensure we operate in accordance with all government health and safety advice. As such, we have introduced some new services and guidelines when shopping with Rodd & Gunn to reduce the spread of coronavirus and provide shopping experiences that are safe, hygienic and convenient for customers and team members.

In addition to increased instore cleaning routines, we have hand sanitiser available to customers upon entering a Rodd & Gunn store. We ask all customers sanitise their hands upon entry to support a safer shopping environment for our customers and store teams. We would also ask that if customers feel unwell to stay at home and seek medical advice as required.

We ask customers respect and adhere to the social distancing guidelines when visiting Rodd & Gunn, remaining 2m from other customers and team members at all times. While operating during COVID-19 we ask customers to pay by contactless card payment methods to limit direct contact between customers and team members, as such no cash payments will be accepted until further notice.

For those customers wishing to limit the amount of time they spend in shopping centers during COVID-19, Rodd & Gunn offers a Click n Collect service, enabling customers to purchase items online that are available and collect in-store within 2 hours of placing their order during store trading hours.
