What is the Rodd & Gunn Returns Policy?

At Rodd & Gunn, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased online, you may return the item/s in its original condition with tags attached for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Due to hygiene standards and requirements, returns on underwear items will only be accepted provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging, and tags. You may return or exchange items purchased online in person at a Rodd & Gunn retail lodge or alternatively you may return the item/s to our Returns Centre by post or courier.

How do I return my Online Order?

To action your return by post, please complete the Exchange & Returns Form, enclosed with your online order and select your reason for return (section 1). If you wish to exchange an item, please enter the name, size, and colour of the item you would like to receive (section 2).

What is the Return Postage Cost?

For exchanges & returns within the UK, we offer complementary returns postage. Simply request a returns label by contacting our eLodge team via email elodge@roddandgunn.com, phone or live chat.

Please note exchanges & returns outside the UK are not complementary. The customer is responsible for any return postage charges, along with any import fees, duties or taxes. Rodd & Gunn is not responsible for any parcels lost in transit. To avoid this, we recommend the use of a trackable service. Please send to the return address above.

When will I receive my exchange or refund?

Once your item/s have been received and have passed our inspection, you will receive an email notification advising your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. All returns are assessed by Rodd & Gunn to determine whether a refund/exchange can be honored.

How do I return my Online Order in store?

You may return item/s purchased online from http://www.roddandgunn.com/uk, in person at a Rodd & Gunn retail lodge within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure to present your packing slip or Tax Invoice that was emailed to you when your online order was initially dispatched, as proof of purchase. For refunds onto cards, you will be required to present the same credit card that was used to make the purchase online. If you are not the card holder yourself, you will need to have the card holder present when the item/s are being returned.

Instore Purchase Returns & Exchanges:

Rodd & Gunn gladly accepts returns, in the country where purchased, of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise purchased in our retail lodges for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. All instore returns/exchanges in accordance with this policy for purchases paid for by cash require a government-issued photo ID. Product purchased from a Rodd & Gunn retail lodge cannot be returned to http://roddandgunn.com/uk. All goods must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

Faulty or Damaged Goods and Order Errors

Firstly, our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will ensure that we rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Our quality control team inspect all deliveries from our online store to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, in the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item/s please send your items back to us for a replacement free of charge, please contact us first at elodge@roddandgunn.com.
