Our Sussex Street Sneaker is our premium new sneaker where we have searched through the archives to take styling notes to balance with the latest technology. We've used the softest premium leathers, nubucks and suedes to craft this classic lace up sneaker upper, then cemented and sewn it to an ultra-soft, super flexible rubber outsole. The upper is fully leather lined, and lift the leather covered moulded footbed to reveal our latest comfort technology, a complex mix of polyurethane, styrene and rubber, that when moulded provides the wearer with ultimate comfort while assisting with energy rebound and delivering a more relaxed feel with less fatigue.

Comfort and easy to clean
I bought the sneakers for my partner for Christmas, and he said they are one of the comfier shoes he has worn in comparison to Aquila and Country Road. We purchased in the white with grey suede and the scuff marks wipe off very easily after we treated them with shoe protectant.

My new favourite shoes
These have become my new favourite shoes along with the matching Rodd & Gunn "cognac" sneakers. There are several particular advantages: 1. Extraordinary comfort. 2. Versatility: one may wear these at work or with blue jeans. It does not matter. 3. Durability. Rodd and Gunn produces high-quality products, and their shoes are no exception. 4. Excellent value for money. They include a pair of white laces, but I think the black ones suit most occasions. They were a bit stiff on the first few tries, but they softened up quickly. I had recently purchased a pair of far more costly shoes, and I found that the Rodd & Gunn Sussex sneakers are actually more versatile and comfortable.
