Description

A tailored overcoat in an Italian tech-wool blend, with a melange herringbone for a marbled effect. Versatile in its simplicity, and distinguished with a tailored lapel, straight cut, jet chest pocket and patch pockets. An unlined construction allows adaptability and wider motion on the body, whilst an interior sleeve lining provides a soft-touch and ease for layering.

Our fit pointer will help you to find the best fit and style, based on the measurement of a garment that already sits on the body correctly. All measurements taken from the outside of the garment, with the garment lying flat:

Jackets

Chest circumference: With buttons fastened, measure the width of the jacket from the underarm seam and double.

Waist circumference: With buttons fastened, measure the width of the jacket exactly 8 inches below the lowest point of the underarm, and double.

Back length: The length at the centre back from the base of the collar to the hem.

Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Bicep: Measure the width of the sleeve from the underarm seam and double.

They were having a sale the next day and the store manager did not tell me (I learned from another rep later intentionally), very sneaky. I went back the day after that sale and the size was not there due to the sale the day before, nice. I bought it anyway to be shipped. Then the black friday sales came. I stopped by the shop for an exchange even though I did not receive the coat yet, and the sales person said he would talk to the manager and get back to me and they of course never did. I went back and exchanged the L for an XL during the black friday sale and a different sales person tore open the threading sealing the pockets. I noticed later that the pocket was ripped from that stitching. I sent an email to R&G through the website asking what to do and got another no response, just nothing. So I went back to the store and exchanged it for a new one. So there were 2 contacts where they were supposed to get back to me and they never did (I checked spam and all that, just no response). They are supposed to have great customer service but some people there suck, so I guess be more careful than I was...
