The health and safety of our team, customers and the community is of the highest importance as always. During COVID-19 we are constantly reviewing our processes to ensure we operate in accordance with all government health and safety advice. As such, we have introduced some new services and guidelines when shopping with Rodd & Gunn to reduce the spread of coronavirus and provide shopping experiences that are safe, hygienic and convenient for customers and team members.
HAND SANITISER & HYGIENE
In addition to increased instore cleaning routines, we have hand sanitiser available to customers upon entering a Rodd & Gunn store. We ask all customers sanitise their hands upon entry to support a safer shopping environment for our customers and store teams. We would also ask that if customers feel unwell to stay at home and seek medical advice as required.
We ask customers respect and adhere to the social distancing guidelines when visiting Rodd & Gunn stores, remaining 1.5m distance from other customers and team members at all times. To aid in this practice we will be limiting the number of people in a store at one given time. Should you have to wait to access a store we thank you for your patience in advance.
While operating during COVID-19 we ask customers to pay by contactless card payment methods to limit direct contact between customers and team members, as such no cash payments will be accepted until further notice.
CLICK & COLLECT
For those customers wishing to limit the amount of time they spend in shopping centres during COVID-19, Rodd & Gunn offers a Click n Collect service at selected stores, enabling customers to purchase items online that are available at their chosen store and collect in-store within 2 hours of placing their order during store trading hours. Between 9am and 10am daily we will be offering Appointment shopping for customers who would like to shop in a Rodd & Gunn store without any other customers present. We recommend this option for those that may be considered vulnerable to the coronavirus or are simply seeking a more personalized shopping experience. If you visit one of our Rodd & Gunn stores that is operating and are unable to purchase an item due to unavailability this item can be purchased instore and delivered to your home directly from our warehouse should it be available. Ask one of our team members instore for further information regarding home delivery.
